Viva has been   associated with CSM since 2007 and is now a part of the senior management team responsible for finance and programme development. She brings strong managerial, interpersonal and leadership skills and has specific responsibility for promoting CSM and its work in the Southern region.  Viva also leads on initiatives such as CSM’s commitment under the Clinton Global Initiative to get more than 10 million signatures/ thumbprints for a pro-climate domestic agenda.

Viva is also currently pursuing her Masters in Environment Management from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in the United Kingdom.

She continues to be based in Bangalore – the city where she has lived now for 12 years and which she pretty much considers home today.
