Ashwini has over six years of work experience in the IT and Financial Services sectors. She spent two years in the UK where she worked with HSBC in the Regional Management Centre for the South East. She has also worked in the family business manufacturing precision components. Her academic qualifications include a B.Sc in Computer Science, Mathematics and Statistics from Bangalore University (2001), a PG Diploma in Operations Research (2004) and a Management Program in Entrepreneurship from the Indian Institute of Management (Bangalore). As a student she was engaged in youth exchange programmes with AIESEC and pilot projects with IIM Bangalore.

At CSM, Ashwini is responsible for the day-to-day management of the the Climate Challenge India Portal and the CSM website.
