Tapati Ghosh has several decades of experience in Administration, Communication, Welfare, Community Development, Research, Training and Media Management, having worked as a Director (PR) with the Directorate of Ordnance Factories (DGOF) and Ordnance Factory Board, under Ministry of Defense, Govt of India. She is a Gold Medalist in her Post Graduation Degree in Applied Psychology and has a PhD in Applied Industrial Psychology. She has a life long interest in Community Development, Welfare of the SME Sector and in Environmental Studies.

She has been with CSM since its inception, seeing it grow from a small Calcutta start-up to an established international organization. Tapati has represented CSM at several international conferences and also served as a Judge at the Asian CSR Awards which CSM has supported for several years. She is part of CSM’s management board and maintains an interface with many of CSM’s key domestic and international partners. Tapati is closely involved in charitable activities in West Bengal, has been happily married for four decades and has been blessed with one grandchild.
