The fees include attendance at all sessions, refreshments and conference documentation. (Please note that the conference fees do not include accommodation.) Payment of the full registration fee must be received before 6 December 2004 in order to guarantee your place.
DISCOUNTS CSM Members are entitled to a 20% discount on conference fees. We are also offering a Special Student Discount of 20% (proof of enrollment will be required). Group Discounts are also available upon request.
